Bamboo shoots rice mix; light taste, with crisp texture and taste of bamboo shoots.

This is easy to cook Takikomi gohan mix (Japanese Paella mix). You can only to cook together with washed rice by rice cooker. This mix contains crunchy texture of domestic bamboo shoots. It has balanced taste in order to be able to reproduce the taste of real Japanese food even at home. The other ingredients such as shiitake mushroom, carrot and dried kelp are compatible with bamboo shoots, and they bring out natural flavor and crispy texture of the bamboo shoots. The base of the soup is from shiitake mushroom and dried bonito fish, and flavoring with authentically brewed soy sauce using domestic soy bean without alcohol additive, fermented seasoning made by saccharized moromi-mash (its main ingredients are rice and molted rice), Tanegashima island crude sugar contained rich minerals, and natural sea salt. Those give the soup deep and rich taste. Although you can easily cook this light taste bamboo shoots rice mix, you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients and the soup.

-Ingredients:Bamboo shoots (domestic), shiitake mushroom (domestic), shiitake mushroom soup, sugar (Tanegashima island crude sugar), carrot (domestic), dried kelp (from Hidaka area in Hokkaido prefecture), authentically brewed soy sauce, fermented seasoning (Aji-no-haha), dried bonito fish soup, authentically brewed rice vinegar

[Recommended way to eat]
1. Put two cups of rice (about 300g) into rice cooker and then add this rice mix.
2. Add slightly less water than usual.
3. Cook rice as usual. When it is done, turn the rice over upside down in the rice cooker.
*You can get good taste when you cook a little bit less water than usual.
