How to wash
Use fine colander or tea strainer to wash it shortly with shower water. Or dunk the millet in the colander or tea strainer slowly into the bowl with water and shake to wash in it. Be careful of running small millet out.
When you cook rice;
Put in a tablespoon of this millet per about 150g of rice. Adjust as you want. Adding water is same as usual you cook rice in case you add 20% millet of the rice.
