This Arame is cultivated by hand from the sea at Iseshima. When harvested, it is dried under the sun and then cut into small pieces. Enjoy the flavor of Arame with cooked vegetable or tofu dishes.
-How to prepare:Put Arame in a bowl and pour plenty of water over it. Leave for 5-10 minutes. Drain Arame and it is ready to cook.
