Flavourful and easy to use buds of Natural Hijiki seaweed
Only the buds of the Hijiki seaweed are selected. The buds are picked, dried, selected and packed. The oval shape and soft texture are distinctive features of this Hijiki. Small and soft but with the full flavor of the sea gives you strong Umami for mixing with rice, pasta and noodles.
-How to prepare:Put the hijiki seaweed in a bowl and pour plenty of water over it. Stir lightly, scoop it up by hand and discard the remaining water and small pieces of hijiki.Repeat this process two times or more, then leave it in clean water for a while.
*Note; The quantity increases by more than 8 times when soaked in water
-Cooking suggestions:Simmer with fried tofu and beans, or use in fried rice or salads
-Best before date: 365 days from production date.
-How to store: Keep dry and avoid heat and direct sun light.
