Without using chemical additives or yeast extract. The takana leaf is from Kyusyu. It has been slowly marinated with lactic acid fermentation but without any Umami flavouring. Because it is chopped, you can use straight away from the packet for rice or just squeeze the liquid lightly for fried rice and pasta dishes.
