Hard wheat flour using 100% of organic domestic hard wheat flour species with rich in flavour.
With good flavour and specific taste and sweetness. We selected only hard kinds of wheat, which is said that it is hard to grow up in Japanese soil, and then ground into flour carefully. When you add water into the wheat and knead it, you can find strong gruel and the fine texture which is different from imported flour. Good crisp texture and sticky texture of hot from the oven is the characteristics of this flour. Use for baking bread or making pasta, and skin of dumpling. The more you knead, the finer and the more sticky texture it gets, but it also gets good crisp texture. This nutritious mild sweetness and strong flavour is specific of domestic flour and this makes filling bread and or pasta different taste than usual. Within the domestic wheat flour, sometimes it is adjusted by separating the gluten and the starch according to soft, hard or all-purpose wheat flour. On the other hand, this product is not being adjusted flour, but using originally hard flour, Yukichikara, which is superior for making bread.
Using domestic wheat, so there is no worry for postharvest agrichemical or fumigation.
Recommended to keep airtight stopper in refrigerator after opening to avoid moisture and bugs. Also consume shortly after opening so that you to enjoy the taste of wheat.
