[How to use]
Wash the wakame quickly; put into a bowl or a pot with plenty of cold water and soak it for about 5 minutes.
*The quantity increases by more than 10 times when soaked in water
*In order to make the best use of the flavour of wakame, please use plenty of water when soaking
*If left for too long in the water, wakame may alter in colour or become slimy.
[How to eat]
As an ingredient of miso soup, udon or ramen noodles, vinegared dishes, or simmered with seasonal vegetables.
