Veggie four sec~ Sweet Potato~

Homemade style small cookie full of　sweet potato

100% vegetable origin ingredient! We use only sweet potatoes without any added processed ingredients such as vegetable powder. We steam the raw sweet potato and boiled it down to make it into paste, and then knead the paste into dough. We select the sweet potato carefully from areas which are organically cultivated. We use chemical free domestic wheat flour, organic sweet potato bought directly from farmers, compressed and squeezed rape seed oil, raw sugar containing the minerals of beet sugar, and salt with the bittern remaining. Without using baking powder, we mix the best combination and ratio of vegetables and wheat flour together to make the dough. This is then kneaded well to give it the appropriate chewy texture and put layer upon layer. The dough is then cut carefully into the shape and baked to a light crunchy texture. It is different from the kind of light texture you get when using butter, but still a nice chewy texture. We aim to keep the goodness and warmth of homemade dishes, so this cookie is made with lots of vegetable, cut into shapes individually by hand and then baked carefully.
