We select the ingredients carefully direct from the farmers and from areas which are organically cultivated. We use chemical free domestic wheat flour, domestic brown rice bought directly from farmers, compressed and squeezed rape seed oil, raw sugar containing the minerals of beet sugar and salt with the bittern remaining. We ground brown rice into powder just before blending with domestic wheat flour. The bar has a simple taste and the rich flavour and sweetness of brown rice. Although we bake it without using baking powder, it has a crunchy texture and high density. This gives us a long lasting feeling of satisfaction after eating. We made it harder so it can be chewed and eaten slowly. Take it for your breakfast during the busy morning or keep it in your office drawer or in your bag. It is a plain meal with a rich amount of brown rice and no food additives such as preservative or acidic ingredients.
