Soft, and taste of natural sweetness
No sugar used. With sweetness of grain. This is made from sticky rice syrup kneaded carefully and patiently until it got white. The sticky rice syrup is made from glycated sticky rice in Saga prefecture and mixing with barley malt. No sugar and colouring are used. It is carefully hand-made with succeeded a traditional way. Even with body temperature, it gets enough soft texture. Rich sweetness coming from grain. Putting it into your mouth, it starts to melt and to spread its mild sweetness out. This is known familiarly as the local product from old time; for nutritious food, children’s sweets time and gift for childbirth.
Mixing three kinds of taste; “plain” is simple pure taste of sticky rice syrup, “green tea” is using rich flavor of Uji green tea, and “ginger black sugar” is kneaded malt syrup and wrapped it with ginger black sugar made with ginger and black sugar from Tarama, Okinawa.
