Organic whole Job's tears which have been grown and cultivated near kikuchi city in Kumamoto. This location was selected because the water there is one of the top 100 pure waters. As it has been organically grown it is safe to consume the outer skin which gives you the full flavor of Job's tears. Just mix Job's tears, (10-30%), with rice and cook as usual or add soup for a fiber supplement. You can also use cooked Job's tears as salad. Cooked rice with Job's tears has a fluffy texture so is suitable for sushi rice as well.
